A sunny summer starter
For a fresh and tasty spring starter pair crunchy apples and Extra Aged Gouda and drizzle with maple syrup. Sprinkle with cumin seeds and serve with a zesty Nor'easter cocktail .
Ingredients
- Kroon extra aged Gouda
- Fresh green apple
- Crisp red grapes
- Cumin seeds
- Maple Syrup
- Nor'easter cocktail: 30ml lime juice, 120ml bourbon, 30ml apple syrup, 60ml ginger beer. Mix together and garnish with a slice of lime.

Preparation
Skewer a block of the Creamy Spicy Gouda, followed by a grape and a few slices of thinly sliced apple. Drizzle with maple syrup and a sprinkle of cumin seeds
